Our pricing is simple and transparent. It starts with a one-time Onboarding & Calibration fee (€199) to custom-build your AI assistant, tune the voice, and CRM settings. After that, you simply pay a fixed monthly plan which includes your minute allowance and a dedicated VoIP line at no extra cost. If you exceed your included minutes, standard overage rates apply. As your call volume grows, you can upgrade your plan at any time.

Yes. Every AI Voice Assistant needs its own VoIP line so that calls can be routed correctly and with good audio quality. We include one dedicated VoIP number in every plan by default. If you already have a VoIP provider and prefer to use your own number, we can connect to that instead as long as your provider supports call forwarding or SIP routing.

Absolutely. You can keep using your current business number and simply forward all calls to the AI Voice Assistant. If your mobile or landline plan includes unlimited calls to national numbers (as most modern plans do), you usually won’t pay anything extra for the call forwarding itself. Any additional forwarding costs are charged by your telecom provider, not by us. From the caller’s perspective nothing changes — they dial your normal number and are instantly answered by the assistant.

Most projects go live within a few days. We first collect your scripts, opening hours, services, and booking rules, and then we configure and test your assistant. For larger plans, we offer priority onboarding, which means your project is placed at the front of the queue and receives more dedicated setup time. Whatever the plan, you always get a fully tested assistant before we switch real calls to it.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time if your call volume increases or you need more assistants, parallel calls, or features. We simply adjust your subscription and your new plan becomes active from the agreed date. Downgrades are also possible; they take effect from your next billing cycle so everything stays predictable and transparent.

There are no hidden fees. Optional extra costs only apply if you request add-ons such as custom integrations, complex workflows, extra languages or SMS reminders. SMS reminders (for appointments, confirmations or follow-ups) are billed separately based on the number of messages sent. If you want your assistant to connect to an external CRM, booking tool or custom system, this can be done either by your own developer or by Coag AI for a one-time integration fee, depending on complexity.

We operate on a transparent, month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. To ensure the highest quality from Day 1, we charge a one-time Onboarding & Calibration fee (€199). This covers the custom configuration, voice tuning, and training of your AI assistant. Once active, you are free to cancel at any time without penalty; your subscription will simply stop at the end of your current billing period.

No. For your customers, the call is just like dialing a normal local number. They are charged by their operator exactly the same as any regular national call. You pay for the inbound minutes that the AI Voice Assistant uses; the caller never pays any additional fee to speak to the assistant.

Yes. Your assistant can offer a handover to a human whenever needed — for example for complex questions, VIP clients, or urgent cases. We configure clear rules so that the assistant first collects the necessary information and then either forwards the call or creates a callback request with the caller’s name and phone number. This way you keep full control over when and how a live agent steps in.

Your business is not static, and neither is your AI Voice Assistant. Whenever your opening hours, prices, services or scripts change, you can request an update and we adjust the assistant accordingly. Small changes are usually handled very quickly. For larger process changes or new integrations, we schedule them as a mini-project so you always know the scope, cost and timeline in advance. Ongoing email support is included with every plan.
